CNR Changchun to host Springfield event for potential suppliers on T subway car project

CNR Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., winner of a $566-million contract with the MBTA to build subway cars for the Red and Orange lines, will host an outreach event in Springfield later this month to meet with small businesses and with minority- and women-owned suppliers.
